When it comes to making decisions in her family, Nicole Richie might not be the boss anymore… at least not when it comes to 21-month-old Harlow Winter Kate.

Dishing on her Halloween plans, Nicole recently told Extra, “I wanted Harlow to be something from Alice in Wonderland, but she really wants to be Tinkerbell.”

Nicole plans on being the White Rabbit from the children’s classic, but it looks like she won’t have little Harlow to accompany her on that theme.

As for little Sparrow James Midnight, who is just 6 1/2 weeks, Nicole said, ““I will wrap him up in toilet paper and make him a little mummy. He doesn’t care.”

Daddy Joel Madden will be in Australia for the event, but Nicole nixed his costume idea anyway. He said, “I had an idea that I would be the beekeeper and they could be the bees. But that didn’t appeal to Nicole too much.”

In her latest film Cirque du Freak: The Vampire’s Assistant bombshell Salma Hayek dons a beard, but her family and friends still swear she looked “so hot.”

But Salma laughs that off, telling PARADE magazine, “It’s like when people tell you, ‘You look gorgeous’ when you are pregnant. You are like a swollen whale and never looked worse in your life, and somebody goes, ‘You’re glowing.’ [T]hey don’t have the courage to tell you how bad you look.”

Just seven months at the time of filming, Salma’s daughter Valentina Paloma, now 2, was “fascinated” by the assistant’s who put her mom’s beard on each day.

“[She] seemed to understand it was only makeup. She was only seven months old and she was not freaking out.”

Scott Foley, star of The Unit, and his wife Marika Dominczyk have much to celebrate as of late. The couple, who have been married since 2006 are expecting their first child together - very soon! Though the news is just breaking publicly, Marika is already in her third trimester, according to PEOPLE.

Marika is currently starring in the film I Hope They Serve Beer in Hell, and she showed up to the premiere looking noticeably pregnant.

A rep for the actors had no comment on the news, and there has been no official word as to when the couple is expecting their new bundle and if they know whether it is a boy or a girl.

Congrats to the couple and their pending expansion!

Well, it’s still six days away, but proud parents Jessica Alba and Cash Warren are ready to celebrate the spooky holiday with daughter Honor Marie, 16 months.

Over the weekend, Cash posted this photo of his daughter dressed up as a milkmaid on his Twitter page and wrote: “What do you all think of my little stink’s costume?”

Meanwhile, Jessica was seen talking Honor to Mr. Bones Pumpkin Patch in West Hollywood on Thursday to pick out a pumpkin for her lil pumpkin!

They seem like such a sweet family, and we think Honor looks darling in her costume. What do you think

Happy birthday to Archibald “Archie” William Emerson - Amy Poehler’s son turned one yesterday. And proud mama Amy just can’t believe it!

She said,

“This year has been an outstanding year and really a thrilling one. It’s gone by really, really fast and I can’t believe he’s 1.”

Reflecting on this major milestone, Amy sai., “Children are amazing for so many reasons and one of them is that they kind of punctuate your life. Often our lives go by so fast without enjoying the moment and being able to reflect. When you have a person living in your house that is growing next to you it’s just amazing to watch and reflect the passage of time.”

We hope they celebrated in style!
