Kendra Baskett, formerly Wilkinson, has lots of things to be proud of as of late: she and hubby Hank Baskett just tied the knot and the couple is expecting their first child on Christmas day. But we think she should also be super proud of how she looks in a bikini! Photographers captured this shot of Kendra while she and Hank, plus their dogs Rascal and Martini, were at a beach in Malibu.

How adorable is that little baby bump? Kendra is in her second trimester, and admits that she is “feeling good” and even experiencing some of the fun parts of pregnancy, such as feeling the baby kick for the first time.

Kendra told usmagazine.com that she is even having some odd cravings. “I’m craving a pickle right now — and I hated pickles before!” she said.

As most moms out there know, it’s not easy to juggle family life and a career. Well, Dayna Devon, mom to Cole Brent, 2 1/2 and Emmi Reese, 3 1/2, feels your pain. Devon, who’s spent years as the host for Extra!, spoke about it in the August/September issue of Fit Pregnancy.

She said that “this has been tough for me because they are really sad when I leave for work or go out.” A few tricks that have worked for her include staying positive by surrounding herself “with people who understand,” and by staying in the moment.

“When I am home with my children, I am really home with them,” she said. “I don’t answer my cell phone. I am not as involved in some things as I would like to be, but I do my best.”

That’s something all moms can relate to, right?

Harper’s Island actress Elaine Cassidy, who is pregnant with her first child, graces the August cover of Fit Pregnancy, and she feels like it was an experience beyond just herself.

She told the magazine, “It felt really special because it’s not just me posing. The baby and I did this together. It’s kind of a keepsake.”

Making other pregnant women jealous, Elaine admitted to feeling “amazing” during her pregnancy, but she has succumbed to some  pregnancy cravings. She’s ditched her normally healthy eating routine for some blast-from-the-past foods.  “I seem to want foods from my childhood: fresh orange juice — and it has to be fresh — eggs, cheese, yogurt. And Irish breakfast, including the black and white pudding part — that’s a kind of blood pudding,” said the Ireland native.

Go ahead and indulge, Elaine, you look great!

Roger Federer has announced that he and his wife Mirka have welcomed twin girls. The girls who were born in Switzerland are named Charlene Riva and Myla Rose. While the pregnancy was announced in March and the couple married in April, they did not reveal the news that they were expecting twins. For most of the sports world the announcement of TWO babies and not one comes as a complete surprise.

The babies were born on Thursday, July 23 and the new parents are thrilled. Roger Federer could not wait to announce it on his website and Facebook page. One fan on his site commented, “Wait 15 to 20 years. The Williams sisters will look like a joke compared to the Federer sisters.” Is that true? What do you think?

Federer met Mirka, who was born Miroslava Vavrinec in Slovakia, in 2000 when they were competing for Switzerland in the Sydney Olympics. Mirka emigrated with her family to Switzerland as a child which explains why the baby girls were born there. Roger Federer will return to tennis on August 10 in Montreal after a brief hiatus where he gets to know his knew daughters.

After a very long three days in labor, and after her estranged husband Nas broke the news that his son was born, Kelis finally gets on and twitters about her new baby boy born on July 22nd.

According to Kelis, “He’s 7.8 pounds of the greatest stuff on earth.” We bet he is.

Kelis had kept her fans up to date until July 19th when she went into active labor. For the next three days everyone waited, some impatiently, for news that the new baby was born. The boy whom she named Knight Jones, was born after literally 72 hours of labor. When she was finally back online Kelis told her fans abotu it. “I was in labor for 3 of the longest most painful days of my life. I don’t understand when women say they don’t remember giving birth,” she tweeted.

Nas and Kelis have been in the middle of a very public divorce where Kelis claims that Nas left her high and dry while pregnant and Nas claims that Kelis was going to refuse to allow him to see the birth of his son. Who is telling the truth? Well that remains to be seen. All we really want to see though are pictures of the cute new baby boy.
