At the Gap 1969 Jeans Shop launch party last week, Joel Madden spoke with Celebrity Baby Blog about girlfriend Nicole Richie’s after-hours pregnancy cravings.

“It’s not so much the craziness of the craving, it’s just when she craves it – it’s usually about 2 or 3 in the morning, and that’s on me,” Joel said of Nicole who is due in a few weeks.

He joked, “I’m the one that has to run out — either go make her a sandwich or go to In-N-Out or whatever she wants at any given time. It’s not unheard of stuff she wants, it’s just that when she wants it is inconvenient for me.”

Nicole and Joel are already parents to daughter Harlow Winter Kate, 18 months.

In the September issue of Cookie magazine, featuring Jenny McCarthy and her son on the cover, the actress and funny gal talks candidly about her son and her future with beau Jim Carrey.

She said, “It’s wacky-weird that not only does he not want to get married, which I love, but he also doesn’t want to have more kids, which I love.”

Jenny’s focus remains on her son, Evan Joseph, 7, who she claims “recovered” from autism. She said, “I have him in every sport you can imagine for socialization, but he is one of the most social kids you will ever meet.”

Jenny is releasing a series of instructional videos called Teach2Talk which will launch this fall. She is also just launched a school in L.A. for children with autism, according to the article. Another is set to open ib Chicago in 2010.

We give her props for being such a strong advocate and mother!

In the new issue of Details magazine, due out in September, Tom Brady speaks candidly about fatherhood and how it has changed him. He admitted that having his son John, who he calls Jack, with ex-Bridget  Moynahan helped him “grow up in a lot of ways.”

He said, “That’s not how you envisioned your life, that’s not how you envisioned having children, but it happens. You go through life and you try the best you can.”

Now married to supermodel Gisele Bundchen, Tom admitted that fatherhood changed him. “An hour used to be a big commitment, and now you chase a little boy around for eight hours a day, waiting to catch him if he falls and changing his dirty diaper. You think, ‘How crazy is this?’”

But having his son hasn’t deterred him from parenthood - in fact, he revealed, “I want a lot of kids. I’d love four or five. We’ll see. It’s not always my decision.”

One thing’s for sure - he and Gisele are going to make some beautiful babies!

Newlywed and expectant mom Kendra Baskett, formerly Wilkinson, recently revealed the sex of her baby, who is due in December. It’s going to be a boy! And Kendra knew it all along! She has been quoted saying she thought it was going to be a boy - it looks like her mother’s intuition has kicked in!

After a doctor’s appointment on Wednesday confirmed the news, she wrote on her blog, “Hank and I are having a baby boy!!!!!!!!!!!!  AHHHHHH!!!!!! When the doctor told me I was just like OH MY GOD, I’m going to have a son!!!!! Today is certainly always going to be one of the most memorable days of my life!”

She added, “Christmas Day and dirty diapers can’t come soon enough.” So sweet!

We are excited for the mom-to-be, too!

We just announced the news that Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant and she has since announced the identity of the baby’s father, Scott Disick.

Though the couple broke up back in February, Kourtney said on the Today show that they recently got back together.

Kourtney said, “He’s very excited. When I found out, I was so shocked. I didn’t know what to do. He was so for it and so excited from the beginning. And we’re really happy.”

So are there wedding bells in the couple’s future? Kourtney simple said, “We’ll see.”

Meanwhile, her sister Kim is thrilled to become an aunt. She told Usmagazine.com, “Everyone is so excited for this new journey is our life. It’s the first addition to the Kardashian clan, and we only wish that our dad could be here and experience this with us.”

Kourtney is due in December.
