Making it past her first trimester is a major milestone for Jenna Elfman, who is pregnant with her second child.

She tells E! ““I was massively tired and had nausea and I didn’t have any of that during my first pregnancy,” she says.

She continued, “I was filming the show with insomnia and nausea and then going home to a two-year-old who’s very active.”

Luckily, the second trimester has been much better so far. “I’m past the first three months now and I feel like my head is screwed on better,” she said.

Meanwhile, little Story Elias is getting ready to be a big brother!

Jenna said of her son, “He gives my tummy a kiss and gives it a bottle and puts the blankie over my tummy and goes, ‘Baby, night-night.’”

How sweet is that?

Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel made a big announcement via Twitter yesterday - that she is expecting!

The 38-year-old reality TV star Twittered “I’m pregnant” on Tuesday. “I had to be true w u but was unfairly forced to come forward early.” She said this in response to the announcement on PerezHilton.com that she was indeed pregnant. (She’s only two months along.)

Bethenny recently got engaged to her boyfriend of 11 months, Jason Hoppy. Do you think they got engaged because of the baby?

This will be Bethenny’s first child, and the first for the couple.

Jill Zarin told usmagazine.com of Jason, “They’re a great couple. He’s a very nice guy — very handsome and sweet.”

And we hope he’s a good dad too!

Celine Dion certainly has much to sing about these days — the songstress is expecting her second child at the age of 41. Her rep confirmed the news today that she is indeed pregnant and that she and hubby Rene Angelil “are very happy,” according to Usmagazine.com.

The Journal de Montreal reported that Celine underwent fertility treatments an is due May 2010. They conceived after six years of trying.

Celine and Rene are parents to son Rene-Charles, who is 8.

Last year she made her dreams of a baby public when she announced on CBS’ Early Show that she and her husband would “love to extend the family.”

Wish granted! Congrats to the happy family.

Ana Ortiz is just a week away from her due date and she’s ready for her baby! She told CBB at a Product-N-Press event in New York City on Tuesday that she’s going to be a “New York mom.”

Ana said, “I was a New York kid! I was born and raised in the city. My mom handled it, and she’s genius. I think New York is a really wonderful place to raise a child. There’s so much available, and so much diversity and culture, lots of things to see and do. My whole family is here.”

Her goal is also to be as ecologically sound as possible when it comes to raising her daughter, in hopes that her daughter will become eco-friendly as she gets older. She said, “I think we all sort of have to do it. I’m lucky enough to be able to do it, so we just have to drive the market toward it so it becomes more possible to make and more accessible to consumers.”

Being an Indy race car driver means that May 24 - the day of the Indy 500 - is a very important day. But for expectant dad Indy race car driver Alex Lloyd, it is also the due date of his daughter! Though we have yet to hear if his second child with wife Samantha did indeed arrive, it was certainly on Alex’s mind.

When the doctor told them their daughter’s due date, Alex thought, “It’s just typical!”

His plan for race day? “I’m just going to drive faster and when I get the checkered flag, then they can tell me if something has happened. If they tell me, I’m just going to tell them to open the gates and let me go because I can get there in this car a lot faster than I can in another car.”

We hope it didn’t come to that!
