43-year-old actress Halle Berry and her beau, mode Gabriel Aubry are expecting their second child, according to Life & Style.

The magazine reported on its website that Halle is already three months into the pregnancy. A source close to the couple said, “Halle is overjoyed. The first time, she struggled so much to get pregnant and eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination.She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again.”

The source continued, “She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!”

Halle and Gabriel are parents to Nahla, who was born in 2007.

We recently announced the news that Celine Dion and hubby Rene are expecting their second child. Since then, her doctor, Zev Rosenwaks, MD, who performed the in vitro fertilization spoke with PEOPLE about the couple’s pregnancy.

“You could hear her chuckling,” he said of the moment he told Celine they were pregnant. “She was very happy. So was René. They are both very thankful.”

He revealed that she is in fact very early in her pregnancy and that the embryo that was implanted had been frozen for eight years, since she went through IVF trying to have her first child, Rene-Charles.

“She came back to have the embryos transferred back because she wanted to have another baby,” he said. He said there is no problem with the fact that the embryos had been frozen for so long.

Of Celine and the baby, he said, “She is feeling well. So far, so good. I look forward to hearing the fetal heartbeat. René and Céline are both looking forward to a pregnancy that is a healthy one. There is no question she is ecstatic.”

Good Day LA host Jillian Baberie Reynolds, 42, who also appears on FOX NFL Sunday, American Idol Extra, and is set to appear alongside hubby Grant Reynolds in the upcoming House Husbands of Hollywood, is busy enough without considering the fact that she’s a mom already (to daughter Ruby Raven, who is almost two) and about to have another baby! Jillian spoke with Celebrity Baby Blog about her pregnancy.

This [pregnancy] is very different from the last one. The last time around, I ate anything I wanted and felt great all the time,” she said. “This time, I was very sick the first trimester, but am doing better in the second. I was really queasy at night, and I didn’t even have dinner for a few weeks there. But I’m loving it now.”

Of the baby’s sex, Jillian said, “I knew it was a boy, in my heart of hearts, because I was feeling so sick. Grant thought our first child would be a boy and when it was a girl he was shocked, so he didn’t want to say anything about the sex. So when we found it was a boy – and a healthy one, at that – it was just beyond our expectations.”

While the couple doesn’t have a name for their baby boy picked out yet, Jillian said, “I really think that when we meet him we’ll know what we want his name to be.”

At a pool party at Wet Republic in Las Vegas, where she and Kourtney were promoting their new reality show Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami, Khloe Kardashian recently spoke to  usmagazine.com about Kourtney’s on-again beau Scott Disick, the father of her baby.

“He’s always been obsessed with Kourtney,” Khloe said. Since learning of Kourtney’s pregnancy, Khloe said, “he’s more — well, I don’t know if a man can be maternal, but he’s definitely becoming more maternal.”

“Paternal,” Kourtney, who is due in December, chimed in. She added she’s not sure whether wedding bells are in her and Scott’s future. “I feel like there’s just so much in my mind, and I have so much to plan and think about for the baby. I will worry about myself later,” she said.

Meanwhile, she’s been enjoying healthy pregnancy cravings such as fruit and smoothies, as well as bouts of junk food. She revealed, “Yesterday, I laid in bed and ate Pinkberry and Twizzlers and Mexican food. I mix it up.”

Actress Sarah Chalke, who stars as Dr. Elliot Reed on Scrubs, is expecting! Her rep recently confirmed the news. The baby, whose sex or name was not revealed, is due this winter.

The child is also the first for Sarah’s finance, Jamie Afifi, an entertainment lawyer. They have been engaged since December 2006.

If Sarah needs tips on surviving her pregnancy, she needn’t look beyond the Scrubs set: co-star Judy Reyes is also pregnant. She is expecting a baby girl in November.

The guys on the set better tread lightly. With two pregnant women on the set, there is sure to be a lot of hormones and emotions flowing!
