When it comes to her pregnancy, there are some… let’s just say interesting…   rituals that Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi has been indulging in.

“I have to keep my belly really lubricated,” she said Monday during a brunch in New York City to champion Reebok’s line of Pink Ribbon products.“Every morning, there’s a buttering ceremony after I get out of the shower. It’s really like basting a turkey with body butter.”

She also spoke of her pregnancy diet, saying, “Many people could say I ate for two before I was pregnant. It’s just that my body is catching up with my appetite now.”

“I am as omnivorous as it’s possible to be. I always say there’s nothing I won’t eat and nothing I won’t wear,” she continued.

We’re glad to hear she’s not concerned about her weight during pregnancy!

Oliver Hudson, aka Kate Hudson’s brother, and his wife Erinn Bartlett are expecting their second child, according to Usmagazine.com.

A rep for The Rules of Engagement actor, 33, confirmed the news. No due date was revealed nor did the rep share the baby’s sex, if they know yet.

Oliver and Erinn married in June of 2006, and welcomed their first child, Wilder Brooks Hudson in August of 2007.

Upon welcoming Wilder, Oliver had said, “I’m so tired, but I’m on a high. I want to take in all of it.”

Wilder is such a cool name. We wonder what the couple has cooked up for the name of their second child.

Padma Lakshmi, the host of Top Chef, is expecting her first child. The host’s rep confirmed the news to Usmagazine.com.

“Model, author, and Emmy-nominated Padma Lakshmi confirms that she is carrying her first child after years of struggling with endometriosis, a cause for which she has co-founded the Endometriosis Foundation of America, her rep told Us of his 39-year-old client.

The rep continued, “As a result of her condition, this pregnancy has been referred to by her physician as nothing short of a medical miracle, and due to its delicate nature, we ask/implore the press to respect Ms. Lakshmi’s privacy at this time.”

What great news! We wish her all the luck in the world!

It’s just a coincidence that co-stars on the new show Accidentally On Purpose (a show about a woman getting pregnant as the result of a one-night stand with a much younger guy), Jenna Elfman and Ashley Jensen are both pregnnt in real life!

Ashley recently told OK! magazine, “I was asking Jenna for advice on a daily basis anyway because she’s already had a child, so now, we’re going through it together. “One day on set she had a little wave of nausea, and she was like, ‘I don’t feel very well,’ so I had to go up and get some little saltine crackers and pretend they were for me — because nobody else knew at the time.”

Jenna at least won’t have to hide her pregnancy, since it coincides perfectly with her character on the show!

It’s official! A few weeks ago we wrote about the rumor that Colin Farrell and his girlfriend were expecting a baby. Well, he has since confirmed the news to usmagazine.com

At the Toronto Film Festival on Saturday evening, the baby-boy actor confirmed to usmagazine.com that he and his girlfriend Alicja Bachleda, who have been dating since early this year, are indeed expecting their first child together.

Colin, 33, is an old pro at this fatherhood thing - he is already a dad to five-year-old James, who is his son with ex Kim Bordenave.

No details were revealed regarding the due date or whether the couple is expecting a boy or girl.
