Sarah Michelle Gellar and hubby Freddie Prinze have much to celebrate as of late. Earlier in the month the pair celebrated their seven-year wedding anniversary (I guess there’s no seven-year-itch for them!) and today news broke that they welcomed their first child - a baby girl - on Saturday, September 19. They named her Charlotte Grace Prinze.

A rep for the couple shared the news exclusively to PEOPLE and Sarah Michelle and Freddie released a statement saying, “The family is over the moon.”

No details regarding the baby’s birth details such as weight and length were revealed.

We can’t wait to see what this little girl looks like!

Since becoming a father earlier this month, Taye Diggs has admitted that leaving his son’s side has become increasingly difficult. But it makes it that much better coming home!

“It’s been amazing just to come home to that little dude,” he told PEOPLE about his son Walker Nathaniel. “Every time I leave the house, it just makes me want to come back even more. It’s just a great prize waiting for me.”

As for his wife, he sees her in a whole new light. “I have a newfound respect and admiration that borders on worship of my wife,” he revealed. “Just to see her turn into a mother overnight is amazing.”

That is so awesome that he respects her so much!

Harper’s Island actress Elaine Cassidy is a new mom! The actress and her husband Stephen Lord welcomed a baby girl on Wednesday, September 16, her rep told PEOPLE exclusively.

The baby is the couple’s first child together. They named their new bundle of joy Kila (pronounced “Key-la”) Lord Cassidy.

In a statement, Elaine said, “Stephen and I are absolutely delighted.”

She recently appeaard on the cover of FitPregnancy to commemorate the pregnancy.

It appears that baby Kila has both mom and dad’s last names. It seems a lot of people in Hollywood and in the professional realm these days have kept their maiden names, and then incorporated them somehow into their children’s names. What do you think about that?

Olympic-medal winning swimmer Amanda Beard and her husband photographer Sacha Brown welcomed a baby boy today at 10:54 a.m. Amanda shared the news exclusively with PEOPLE and sharing some of baby’s information.

Named Blaise Ray Brown, the baby boy weighed 7 lbs., 12 oz. and is 19 3/4 inches long.

Amanda told PEOPLE, “I was in labor for about 16 hours and it was all worth it. He is happy and healthy and everything went as planned. It was the most amazing experience that Sacha and I have ever experienced! We are so happy to be new parents! This is gonna be the best adventure ever.”

Country singer Zac Brown has much to sing about as of late. In addition to receiving four Country Music Association nominations, he told PEOPLE about an even better event: the birth of his third daughter!

Zac’s rep confirmed to PEOPLE that the singer and his wife Shelly welcomed a baby girl, who they named Georgia Sloan Brown, into the world Wednesday September 9 at 11:50 p.m.The baby weighed 8 pounds, 9 oz. at birth.

In a statement released, Zac’s rep reported, “September ninth was a day of many blessings for the Brown family.”

Georgia joins big sisters Justice, 2 1/2 and Lucy, 16 months.
