Set for her trip to Malawi, where she is establishing a $15 million dollar school, Madonna has other plans while she is visiting the African home of her daughter Mercy James: she is going to meet her daughter’s biological father.

A source close to Madonna told Usmagazine.com that she will meet James Kambewa, 24, who works odd jobs and serves as a night guard because, “Madonna wants to meet Mr. Kambewa because she does not want to deny Mercy her background. Madonna wants to assure Mr. Kambewa that Mercy will not be delinked from her roots.”

However, Mercy’s uncle Peter Baneti told Usmagazine.com, that they don’t approve of the meeting. “We do not recognize Kambewa as Mercy’s father. He just came out of the woodwork to claim paternity while he was not there when my sister was pregnant.”

Rocker Sheryl Crow is loving her new role as mom to two-year-old Wyatt Steven. She even called the terrible twos “terribly fun” in an interview with OK! magazine. She also shared some crucial advice for new moms.

She said, Grab sleep where you can. One of the great things that my baby nurse told me was to talk to your baby all the time because it stimulates their brain, and they’re already starting to learn. Even though they’re not talking yet, they’re learning.”

Sheryl gives some great advice! Moms out there - what is your best piece of advice for new moms?

Actor Jon Cryer’s rep confirmed to Usmagazine.com that he and his wife, Lisa Joyner, adopted a baby girl.

The rep told Us, “Jon and his wife Lisa have adopted a baby girl named Daisy, born on Aug. 11.”

Jon and Lisa have been married since 2007. The baby girl is the first child for the pair, but Jon, 44, already has a nine-year-old son, Charlie, from a previous marriage.

In his acceptance speech earlier this month at the Emmy’s (he won for outstanding supporting actor on a comedy series for his role on CBS’s Two and a Half Men), Jon gave a shout out to his “baby girl.” So sweet!

In the October issue of Health magazine, rocker Sheryl Crow spoke about her life and her son. She admitted that she had a vision for her life, which included a home, a husband and a family, but things didn’t work out that way, so she readjusted her thinking and she said, “I had to let go of this picture I’d always painted about my life.”

“At the time I was considering adoption, everything else had sort of not worked,” she revealed. “I always knew that I wanted to be a mom, so I just had great faith that when that little person found me, that I would be ready and everything would be fine.”

Now mom to 2-year-old Wyatt Steven, Sheryl could not be happier.

The most important lessons she passes on to her son? “Respect is huge — respect for the planet and honoring and loving this organism that sustains all of us. Try to make every decision out of compassion, which encompasses how you treat the planet and every person.”

It’s official! Katherine Heigl and hubby Josh Kelley are brand new parents. The couple released the first photos of their daughter Naleigh, 10 months, wo they adopted from South Korea.

Her rep released a statement that read: “Katherine, Josh and Naleigh are together and doing well.”

Of her new daughter, Katherine had told Ellen DeGeneres on her talk show just last week, that she “was actually born the day before me in November, which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign.”

Naleigh is a hybrid name. Katherine named her after her mom Nancy and her sister Margaret Leigh, who was also adopted from Korea.

Isn’t she precious?
