TV journalist Lisa Ling is expecting her first child with husband, Paul Song… And it’s a girl!
Two years ago Lisa suffered a miscarriage, and now she’s happy to announce she’s expecting a daughter.
She shared the news today on Anderson Live with host Anderson Cooper, her former co-host on Channel One, saying, “I was trying to keep it quiet for a long time, but I’m starting to get to the point where it looks like I have this really big beer belly. I figured I’d better share it publicly.”

According to Us Weekly, after Lisa experienced a miscarriage in 2010 she told Moremagazine of trying for another baby: “It is definitely scary. Especially when you aren’t successful, it is difficult to try again. We are going to try. We both have so many great experiences we would love to share with either a biological or an adopted child.”
We wish the couple much love and happiness through the pregnancy!
