Things aren’t pretty between Heidi Klum and her ex-husband Seal – and recent events may make things even uglier between the battling parents.
Heidi and Seal battle for custody
Heidi, 39, has admitted to having a relationship with bodyguard Martin Kristin. After the two were photographed in big-time PDA during a family vacation, Seal went off. “I would have preferred Heidi show a little bit more class and at least wait until we separated first before deciding to fornicate with the help,” he told TMZ on September 1.

Two weeks later, the Project Runway host told Katie Couric that Martin “is a great man and recently we just got to know each other from a completely different side. He’s been with our family for the last four years. He’s cared for our four children and helped us tremendously. I trust him with my children’s life.”

Seal has not been photographed with his children since July, but Martin has been seen all about Los Angeles and New York with them – soccer games, a Justin Bieber concert and pumpkin shopping.
