Kate Gosselin’s kids “aren’t allowed to Google”
In the three years since she split from ex-husband Jon, Kate Gosselin has been the subject of ongoing media speculation regarding her love life. And Kate feels a tremendous responsibility to protect her eight children from the fodder.

To prevent their seeing the never-ending stories about her relationships (real or otherwise), Kate says her kids are “not allowed to Google.” Can she really take such a position in this well-wired world?
“If they have school projects, I log them into the laptop and I log them out and they’re very respectful because they know that stuff is out there,” Kate told Access Hollywood’s Michelle Beadle.

“I remember one time Jon, early on, left a tabloid, a magazine laying around and Maddie found it and it devastated her. So, they know that there’s ugly stuff out there and I know that someday they’ll Google and read it, but I also know how close we are and how they’ll be ready for the answers and the truth and the whole, real story someday.”

Kate says she’ll be ready when that time comes. “I’m not afraid of it because I know that I’ve made only good choices and I’ll help them deal with it.”
