The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills stars have reached an agreement regarding their three sons: Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6. They will revisit their arrangement in 90 days.

Adrienne will have the boys on weekdays and every other weekend. The kids will spend the other weekends with their father.

The wealthy couple filed for divorce in late August after 10 years of marriage. Adrienne had said that she would work for an amicable split. “I’m hoping for the best,” she told Us Weekly a month earlier. “Our children come first and we’ll see… My personality has always been really balanced, and I remember where my priorities lie, which is with my children. So when you have that in mind I think everything else kind of falls into place.”

During a court hearing last month, Adrienne was awarded temporary custody of the children after she accused Paul of physically abusing them. One week later, with a report from the Department of Children and Family Services, the plastic surgeon was back in court to clear his name.
