Hilary Duff: 5-month old Luca is “rolling over like a maniac”
Moms take such pride in baby milestones, and Hilary Duff is no exception. The former Disney star can’t help but boast about son Luca Cruz’s important moments.

“It’s really wonderful,” Hilary, 24, told Us Weekly. “He’s getting his first teeth and he’s rolling over like a maniac. Now I have to keep an eye on him, otherwise he’ll roll right off the mat I have him on. I [say], ‘You’re a maniac! You’re just ready to go!’ It’s just fun. It’s really the best ever. I’m so happy.”

Now that Luca is 5 months old, his mom is less nervous about taking him out in public. “In the beginning it’s a little scary,” Hilary told the magazine. “[Today] we went to the farmers’ market and we went to get breakfast. I feel comfortable taking him anywhere now. And he’s been traveling like crazy. We went to New York and we went to Napa. He travels really well, so were trying to get him used to that.”

The first-time mom is cherishing every moment. “Literally, he started getting a tooth a week ago and now it’s almost fully in,” she said. “It happens so fast.”
