Liberty Ross (aka Mrs. Rupert Sanders) on “raising her children alone”
Who knows if Liberty Ross and Rupert Sanders marriage will survive the latest blow — Rupert’s infidelity with much-younger Kristen Stewart. But Liberty has felt that she was raising their kids “alone” before.
In an interview with YOU magazine just weeks before the scandal went public, the 33-year-old model and mom of two with Rupert said that moving from London to LA to support Rupert’s career was “daunting” and “isolating.”

According to the Daily Mail, in the interview she said, “I went from the glamour of working with Karl Lagerfeld and John Galliano to living on an isolated hilltop, with my husband gone most of the time.”

She added, “I would never say out loud that I am raising my children alone, but a lot of the time it has felt like that.”
Though it seemed that perhaps Liberty knew something of the affair, what she said next made that impossible: “But that’s why everything feels so amazing now. We rode through the really hard times and we stuck it out.”
