Rosie O’Donnell buys $8 million home for family and fiancee in NYC
Her talk show on Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network in Chicago was canceled, and now Rosie O’Donnell is moving back home to New York.

Rosie, 50, sold her $5.2 million Lakeview home in Chicago and purchased an $8 million duplex in Greenwich Village, reports The New York Post.

The 3,000 square foot Manhattan apartment features four bedrooms, three baths, a “green roof” and filtered air and water systems, according to Zillow. The luxury green condo building was previously St. Vincent’s Hospital.
Rosie and Michelle Rounds confirmed their engagement last December and plan to wed on Long Island, where Rosie spent her childhood. They hope to expand their family.

“Michelle is seeing a fertility doctor,” a source revealed to UsWeekly. “She is really excited and they cannot wait to add to their family. Rosie goes to all of her doctors’ appointments with her and is really supportive. She isn’t pregnant yet but they hope as soon as possible she will be.”
