Twilight’s Jackson Rathbone is a new dad!
Congratulations are in order for Jackson Rathbone and his girlfriend Sheila Hafsadi, who welcomed a son on Thursday, July 5, 2012.
Monroe Jackson Rathbone VI is the first child for the happy couple, reports UsWeekly. Baby Monroe was born at 9:43 a.m. and weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces.
Jackson, 27 met Sheila, a burlesque dancer, during a tour stop with his band 100 Monkeys. “One of the greatest things I could expect to be in life is a father,” the actor-musician told the magazine back in February. “I’m very excited!”
Jackson hopes to fill the big shoes of his own father. “I have one of the greatest dads in the world,” he gushed. “He’s just been giving me amazing advice.” And the best piece of advice he received? “Be prepared for lots of poop!”
