CBS: Congratulations on the arrival of Vivienne Madison! How is she doing? What kind of baby is she?
RP: “She’s great! I don’t want to jinx myself, but so far so good.”
CBS: How did you come up with her name?
RP: “Vivian is my husband’s grandmother, and we spelled it in the European way to honor my side of the family.”
CBS: How are you adjusting to three babies?
RP: “The first couple of weeks were a little bit wild, but we’re getting on a schedule and it’s all good. It can be very intense, but it is also a lot of fun and good times so I’m excited.”
CBS: Do you believe in sleep schedules?
RP: “Omigoodness, I’m obsessed with sleep schedules. Vivienne is already starting! It’s slow, but once they get to 9 pounds they start spacing the feeding a little at night, and getting closer and closer to that good stretch of sleep.”
CBS: Are you breastfeeding?
RP: “I am breastfeeding and bottle feeding. It’s a little crazy because I’m on live TV, I’m working and take the baby everywhere with me. So I have to do a combination of a lot of different things.
CBS: Any chance for baby No. 4?
RP: “We’ll have to see! It’s a maybe, not a no.”
What is your ideal number of kids?
