Congratulations are in order for Chad Lowe and his producer wife, Kim Painter. A second child is on the way for the happy couple.

My wife @ikimlowe and I are expecting our second child this fall! We are beyond thrilled and excited!
Kim Kardashian is desperate for a baby
The couple, who wed in August 2010, are already parents to 3-year-old daughter Mabel.
Chad, the younger brother of actor Rob Lowe, has appeared on ER, 24 and most recently, ABC Family’s Pretty Little Liars.
