Paint that nursery blue! In a few short months, first-time parents Giuliana and Bill Rancic will welcome a baby boy with the help of a gestational surrogate.
Giuliana still hopes to carry her own baby one day
“We are beyond excited to be having a little boy,” Bill told E! News. “We are so ready for everything that comes with being a new mom and dad!” The parents-to-be revealed the baby’s gender (on Father’s Day!) to family and friends at a baby shower in L.A. “We’re so excited to meet our little boy, and this was the perfect beginning to his arrival,” Giuliana told Life & Style at the shower.
The road to parenthood has been a long, difficult one for the couple, who struggled with infertility and cancer. “We are so blessed!” the E! News anchor and Fashion Police cohost told Us Weekly in May. “This truly is a miracle baby.”

Bill, 41, and Giuliana, 37, have traveled from their homes in Chicago and Los Angeles to be with their surrogate during her doctor’s appointments, and are so looking forward to being in the delivery room later this summer. Says Giuliana: “It will be the best moment of our lives.”
