Every star of The Bachelorette takes a risk with a handful of handsome hopefuls, but for Emily Maynard, the stakes are even higher. The sweet petite blonde from North Carolina has a young daughter to protect.
Last week, Emily got rid of Kalon McMahon, a 27-year-old luxury brand consultant, after he referred to 6-year-old Ricki as “baggage.” Now that he’s gone, the Bachelorette has her doubts about the remaining bachelors vying for her heart.
“I’m sorry,” the single mom, 26, says during Monday’s rose ceremony. “I stand here and start to second guess my decisions.”
With that, Emily storms out of the Bachelorette mansion and tells host Chris Harrison, “There’s a part of me that just doesn’t trust them. What else am I missing Who else in there isn’t all about me?”
Emily is hurt and angry after finding out that Kalon had ulterior motives. “I want to go out there and rip his limbs off and beat him with them.”
While Emily sulks, Kalon basks in his 15 minutes of fame. He’ll appear in this summers Bachelor Pad 3. “The fact Kalon will ever be on any TV [show] again makes me want to stab my eyeballs out with dull pencils,” said Emily.
Which remaining bachelor is best for Emily?
