Kate Gosselin claims kids miss being on TV
Former reality TV star Kate Gosselin is desperate to get back into the limelight. So much so that she’ll even use her eight kids as leverage.
Cara and Mady (11-year-old twins) and Alexis, Hannah, Aaden, Collin, Leah and Joel (8-year-old sextuplets) were the supporting cast for the TLC reality shows Jon & Kate Plus 8 and, after the divorce, Kate Plus 8.

The second show was short-lived and the family is now attempting to live like regular people. Dad Jon Gosselin is relieved to have his children out of the public eye, but Kate claims the kids are itching to be back on television.
How Brooke Burke disappointed her daughter
“They really honestly miss filming,” Kate told the Today show. “They’ve been saying, ‘When are we going to go here or there? We miss the crew.’”

Do we believe her? Not really. Very few of Kate’s self-serving decisions have been motivated by her children.

“We’re hoping to move forward and do more projects,” she reveals. “Fans are begging [to see more]. ‘They’ve grown up, they turned eight. What are you doing [now]?’”
The moms of What to Expect When You’re Expecting
Seems unrealistic. Kate had a poor fan following on Dancing With the Stars. She’s alienated fans of her popular employer CouponCabin.com. And when she was announced as the featured VIP of an upcoming celebrity cruise, ticket sales dropped off dramatically.

We’re hoping that common sense and family values overtake Kate’s need to be famous. Since her show was axed, she’s found peace with her ex-husband, which is such a positive thing for their children.
“He’s really been positive and more available,” Kate says of her former spouse. “He is working with me and the kids notice it. I’ve always wanted that peace for them . . .and we’re finally to a point where it’s happening.”
