Gretchen Rossi wants a baby
Reality star Gretchen Rossi, who stars in The Real Housewives of Orange County recently opened up to Life & Style about her baby plans with beau Slade Smiley (really, his name is Slade Smiley? Anyway…
Gretchen said, “We talk about babies every day; I wouldn’t be surprised if they come before a wedding or engagement.” In order for this to take place, however, Slade is having the reversal procedure on the vasectomy he got several years ago. Slade is already dad to two sons Gavin, 22, and Grayson, 11, but baby (maybe) on the way for the couple will be Gretchen’s first. And though she’s not pregnant yet, the couple is already prepping for baby’s arrival.
Gretchen gushed, “We’re redoing our house and figuring out where to put the nursery. I’m so excited about playing dress-up and having matching outfits with a girl, and I would be just as blessed to have a little boy, too. We’re very excited about starting a family.”
So will they get engaged or married before they get pregnant? That remains to be seen, though Slade has Gretchen’s father’s blessing. He asked Gretchen’s father for her hand on the show, but has not yet asked Gretchen to tie the knot.
Though, for the record, Gretchen doesn’t seem to mind. She said, “I don’t feel this overwhelming need to get engaged or married right now. ”
What’s really on her mind is having those babies! She said, “We both know we’re ready.”
