Cameron Diaz thought she’d be married with two kids by age 21
Can you imagine Cameron Diaz as a young mom? The 39-year old Bad Teacher star opens up to REDBOOK about her original life plan.
In the June issue of REDBOOK magazine, Cameron told the interviewer that she had every intention of being a young mom.
She said, “I thought I was going to be married and have two children by the time I was 21. I think I felt I had to model my life after my mother’s.”

She ended up having a change of heart and chasing her dream career instead. She explained, “My career was starting to take off and there were still so many things I wanted to do. So that dream for me was shattered early on. After that I never put another timeline on anything in my life.”
