Amy Poehler says her eldest son is possessive of her
During an interview on The Late Show with David Letterman, celebrity mom of two Amy Poehler joked that her oldest son Archie, 3, has become “a possessive husband.”
Amy told host David Letterman, “He knows when I’m going out if I’m dressed up or if I have shoes on. Like today, when I was dressed up to come here, he said, ‘Where ya going?’ I said, ‘I’m going out,’ and he said, ‘With who?’”

Amy continued, “I said, ‘I’m going to see some friends. ‘ I didn’t want to tell him about you. I didn’t want to confuse him.”

And guess what Archie said next? Amy said her son told her, “‘Put on a coat. Don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.’ I was like, ‘What? Read? You’re three!’”

Amy also joked that her sons (including younger son Abel, 1, are little “giants” and that they grew too fast. She said, “I used to see new mothers walking around with their newborns in slings, buying organic coffee with their baby in their pocket. My guys were like 25 pounds in a month. They’re going to be as tall as me by the time they’re in fifth grade.”
