Six months ago, Child Protective Services took away the daughter of 16 and Pregnant couple Ebony and Joshua Rendon. And now, reports TMZ, Ebony is 10 weeks pregnant with a second child.

Josh and Ebony were featured on the first season of the MTV reality show and, incredibly, are still married. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to hang onto their kid – she was removed from their home last September and the young parents were charged with end angering the welfare of a minor, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug premise.

CPS received complaints about the Rendons’ “deplorable living conditions.” A report by the Department of Human Services stated, “Every room inside the residence had human and dog feces on the floors, walls and clothing.” The reported also indicated that there were piles of maggot-filled garbage and dirty diapers throughout the home.

CPS immediately removed the little girl, who turns 3 this month. Josh and Ebony are permitted to have supervised visitation only. The case is still pending.

The young dad-to-be says he and Ebony have learned from their mistakes and completed parenting classes. He claims their home is very clean and perfectly suitable for the baby-on-the-way. “We are extremely excited for the baby,” Josh said.
