Update: Minnie Driver reveals name of Henry’s father
Last week the media was abuzz with news that Minnie Driver revealed the identity of her son Henry’s father. But she forgot one small detail — his name.
Minnie has since revealed that Henry’s father is producer Timothy Jonathan Lea, a co-producer of shows like The Riches, CSI New York and Law and Order.
Of keeping his identity a secret for so long, Minnie said, “We weren’t together and he wasn’t directly in the business, so I chose to protect him and not have a rain of publicity. He’s not famous. There’s no big story.”

She continued, “Our relationship was very complicated and private, and I honestly didn’t want to have to talk about it. I didn’t want people coming up to him … and raising eyebrows.”

As for how Minnie managed as a single mom, she said, “I had good friends around me, so it was sort of hilarious. I was making a film at the time and the paparazzi would shout, ‘Who’s the sperm donor?’ at me.”
