Robert De Niro welcomes second child with Grace Hightower
Actor Robert De Niro welcomed both his second child and his second grandchild in 2011.
This couple also became parents and grandparents in the same year
Back in March, Robert’s son and daughter-in-law, Raphael De Niro and Claudine DeMato, became parents to their second child. Raphael, 34, is Robert’s son with his first wife, Diahnne Abbott. Robert and Diahnne are also parents to daughter Drena.

Now Robert, 68, is married to Grace Hightower. Robert and Grace wed in 1997, split in 1999 and then renewed their vows in 2004. Now, they’ve announced the birth of their second child together. The new baby girl — born via a surrogate — joins big brother Eliot, 13.

In all, the new baby girl is the sixth child for Robert, who is also father to 16-year-old twins Julian Henry and Aaron Kendrik with former girlfriend Toukie Smith.
