Gretchen Mol says second baby grows up so fast
If you think your first baby grew up fast, the second seems to grow up even faster… just ask Gretchen Mol, who welcomed daughter Winter Morgan in February with husband Kip Williams.
The celebrity mom of two recently told PEOPLE at Thursday’s Juicy Couture Spring 2012 Launch, “I feel like it all just goes by so fast with the second child. You realize you really have to start cherishing the moments.”
She revealed that Winter is already ready to walk… with a little assistance, of course. “She crawls around and she wants you to bend over and walk her around everywhere, which is a little painful for the back. She’s going to walk soon — she’s really fun.”
Gretchen’s first child, Ptolemy John, 4, has his own way of showing his love for his baby sister: “He pummels her, but she’ll be a tough little girl because of it. There’s always that adjustment period, but he loves her so much, he just can’t wait for her to become more like a little person.”
And though Gretchen is one proud mama, she says her family is complete: “Pregnancy is not my favorite thing — I’m not one of those women. It’s like, ‘Now I’ll never wonder!’”
