Michelle Williams, Matilda welcome new member to their family
Michelle Williams recently opened up to Ellen DeGeneres about how she has recently expanded her family!
Michelle told Ellen that she and Matilda (now 6!) have a new puppy that Michelle described as a “sort of Spaniel thing.”
She went on to say that Matilda is “very into the puppy.” But when it came to naming the new member of their family, Matilda had some interesting name suggestions.
“Her first ideas were…they sounded like stripper names! She wanted something like, Crystal, Gem or Diamond,” Michelle revealed. “I was like, ‘We can’t have a dog named [that!].”
But she decideed to silence her inner “controlling mom” and decided, “You know what? Let her have it.”
But in the end, Matilda decided on a perfect puppy name that her furry friend will certainly live up to: Lucky.
