Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller reach unusual custody agreement

Things have been pretty ugly between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, but the exes have finally come to terms in their custody dispute.

TMZ has learned that court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court specify a plan for the parenting of 2-year-old twin boys Bob and Max. And it’s the most bizarre plan we’ve seen…

For the first two months, Charlie gets the boys every other weekend, from Saturday morning through Sunday evening. In the two months that follow, Charlie’s weekend visits will extend through Monday morning, giving him an extra night with his sons. Beyond that — if he stays clean of drugs and alcohol — Charlie will get Bob and Max every other weekend Saturday through Monday morning, plus Wednesday morning through Thursday morning.

The legal docs further specify that both parents submit to random drug testing three times a month. During this “probationary” period, Charlie and Brooke are required to have nannies with them at all times while in the presence of their kids.

And to make sure Charlie’s porn-star babysitters aren’t involved, the court papers indicate that the infamous “goddesses” are not allower to show any public displays of affection toward the twins. Finally, neither Charlie nor Brooke is permitted to be photographed with the boys while with a romantic partner.
