Mel Brown is pregnant with third child
It’s a Spice Girl baby boom! Following on the heels of pregnancy announcements by former band mates Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice) and Emma Bunton (Baby Spice), Melanie Brown, aka Mel B, aka Scary Spice has a pregnancy announcement of her own…
Mel told Hello! of her baby on the way with husband Stephen Belefone, “We’re really thrilled. We wouldn’t have planned and waited for four years to have a baby if we weren’t excited and ready for it. We’re really happily married, and we’re both very much in love.”
Mel added that she hasn’t been feeling all that great during these first months of her pregnancy: “The first three months, I was pretty sick and tired, to be honest, which I’ve never been before.”
Though Emma and Victoria found out the sexes of their babies, on the way (a boy and a girl, respectively), Mel admits she hasn’t “fully decided” if she and Stephen want to know the sex of the baby before it arrives.
Mel is already mom to daughters Phoenix, 12, and Angel Iris, 3; Stephen is dad to almost-7-year daughter, Giselle.
We wish Mel many congrats and hope that the remainder of her pregnancy is smooth sailing.
