Santiago Segura let Penelope Cruz’ baby’s name slip?

While celebrity parents Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem have been pretty private about their personal lives — including the recent birth of their son on January 22. But Spanish director Santiago Segura may have accidentally shared some baby information with the media reporters recently.
According to PEOPLE Moms & Babies, Santiago said of Penelope and Javier:
I know what you want and you don’t understand why they don’t come running to show off the baby and say, ‘Look, here’s Leo.’

When the press asked if indeed Leo is Penelope and Javier’s son’s name, Santiago replied:
Yeah, Leo. I think so. That’s what I think I heard. But they haven’t said anything.
