Kendra Wilkinson sheds more weight from her post-baby body
Celebrity mom Kendra Wilkinson has been very open about her struggle to lose her baby weight. And now Kendra’s being very vocal about all the weight she’s losing! She told Us Weekly how she just shed 11 pounds in six weeks.
In the new issue of Us Weekly, Kendra proudly notes:
I’m down to 112. I feel so good! Hank just laughs at me. He’s like, ‘You walk around in only a sports bra and little shorts — you have so much ego right now!’
So how did the busy mom to 14-month-old Hank drop the baby weight?
Dieting, working out and Ab Cuts.
Kendra says she works out with celebrity trainer Nicky Holender for an hour five days a week, and does her own fitness DVD, Be a Knockout With Kendra.
The celebrity mom also had a to sacrifice her much-loved cravings:
I went through bad eating habits, and I paid the price. I will not do that to myself again.
Kendra now sticks to a 1,300-calorie daily diet of yogurt and berries, whole wheat toast with chicken, and turkey jerky snacks.
We think this celebrity mom looks smokin’ hot! Go, Kendra! Go, Kendra!

Look, the world hears how great Kendra is doing, but as Coree said, she has help. a ton of money thrown at every problem that can trip up her weight management. So could we all we say right? NO.
Oprah gained and lost and gained and lost, and no one has more support than her. Overeating is a habit that boarders on addiction for most of us.
