Celebrity mom Kendra Wilkinson is determined to get her body back… a body that she loves and she’s doing it the hard way. The reality star and mom to baby Hank, now 1, revealed to Usmagazine.com how she is sweatin’ to get that body back in shape.
The celebrity mom now exercises four days a week and according to Usmagzine.com she…
says she usually logs 30 minutes to an hour in the gym for four days of the week. If it’s in the morning, she’ll have a harder, longer workout. If it’s at night, she explains, she’ll just do simple stretches and a good run.
What’s her workout inspiration? She wants to look in the bedroom with hubby Hank!
She admits that getting in her workouts isn’t always easy, though.
Being a new mom… it’s hard to find the time.
However, she added that she’s very lucky to have supportive friends and family that will help her with the baby so she can get to the gym and log those sweat sessions “no matter what.”
And it’s not just about working out. Kendra reveals that she now has to fight food cravings but has found the strength within to to control herself and how much she eats. Her trick when she feels the need to indulge?
