“They are extremely happy,” her rep tells UsMagazine.com.
The couple began dating last January after Reese and Jake Gyllenhaal split. They took their romance public in March. Jim works for Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles, the firm that represents Reese.

Reese divorced first husband Ryan Phillippe in 2008. The exes share custody of daughter Ava, 11, and son Deacon, 7 (pictured here). “Ava and Deacon are happy with [Jim],” says a source close to the couple.
