Baby Gia has won her daddy’s heart. Mario Lopez is ready for more kids… “three or four to be honest.”
Mario calls fatherhood “amazing”
Gia’s mom is Courtney Mazza, a dancer from New York City. She and boyfriend Mario were thrilled when Gia arrived in September, but Courtney’s in no rush for another baby just yet.
Mario is an expert diaper changer
Courtney prefers “one at a time,” Mario told The Ellen Degeneres Show (airing tomorrow). “She definitely wants them, but I kind of want them right away and that’s where we have our differences.”

Why is the hunky host so eager? “I think it’s cool when the brothers and sisters [are close in age]. I was raised close in age. When there is too much of a gap… I don’t know, I just think it would be cooler.”
The new dad nearly missed Gia’s birth!
As to whether or not the couple will marry, Mario joked, “the jury is still out whether she wants to keep me.”
