Milla Jovovich just wants Ever to be a child
In a recent interview with PEOPLE Moms & Babies, Milla Jovovich revealed that though she began modeling at age 12, she doesn’t want the same for her daughter Ever Gabo, 2.
She shared: “She’s not going to be a working child. For me it’s kind of creepy, the whole working kid kind of thing.”
Of her own situation, she explained, “We were struggling financially, we were immigrants from Russia and we really needed to succeed. My mom saw talent in me and she wanted to make the best and most out of it.”
However, due to Milla’s and her husband Paul W. S. Anderson’s success she said there is “no real use for [Ever] to work.” She added, “I definitely want my daughter to just be a child. Work hard in school and find your passion, slowly.”
