Matt Damon says his kids are “thriving” in NYC
In an interview with USA Today, Matt Damon spoke about his family’s move from Hollywood to New York City, where he says everyone — including daughters Alexia, 11, Isabella, 3 1/2, and Gia Zavala, 18 months — is adjusting well to the city that never sleeps.
“They’re all thriving. That’s why we’re so excited about it here,” he said, adding there is much less paparazzi in New York so the family can maintain a bit of normalcy.
He added, “We walk to school every morning. We play in the park. It feels like a normal life.”
And it doesn’t sound like Matt is willing to trade that for anything. He said, “We’re not leaving. Nobody bothers me.”
