Amy Poehler on being a working mom
In a recent interview with TV Guide, Amy Poehler, mom to 13-month-old Archibald “Archie” William Emerson, spoke about being a working mom, and how she commiserates with another SNL alum, Tina Fey about it.
“We talked a lot about how we’re both working long hours with kids. Our emails and texts are mostly about formula and nannies.”
She admits she has to take things “day-to-day” and adds, “You just do your best and try to make it work. Some days are harder than others. I mean, I’m lucky to have a great job and people that help me. I wouldn’t be able to do it without them.”
Archie is Amy’s son with hubby Will Arnett.
