Though we reported the arrival of Van Morrison’s baby boy a few days ago, we have since learned that the news is actually the result of a hoax — and a hacker who infiltrated the singer’s website for the second time in just three months.

The singer said the claims are “completely and utterly”  untrue, and he released this statement to clear the air.

“Claims were made relating to my person life in a ‘statement’ purporting to come from me. The comments which appeared on my website did not come from me. They are… without foundation. For the avoidance of all doubt, and in the interest of clarity, I am very happily married to Michelle Morrison, with whom I have two wonderful children.”

The Black Crowes rocker Chris Robinson and his wife Allison Bridges welcomed a baby girl on Saturday, December 26, his rep confirmed to PEOPLE.

His rep said: “Chris Robinson and his new wife, Allison, have a healthy and beautiful baby girl. Cheyenne Genevieve Robinson, 6 lbs., 3 oz., was born on Dec. 26, 2009 at the Robinsons’ home in California.”

Chris and Allison tied the knot earlier in the year, and they announced the pregnancy in September. Cheyenne is the first for the couple together.

Chris has a son, Ryder Russell, who is turning 6 soon, with ex-wife Kate Hudson.

According to Celebrity Baby Blog, Chris plans to spend some time with his new family before starting a new project and tour in the New Year.

Despite the chilly New York temps, Pete and Ashlee took their baby boy, Bronx Mowgli, 13 months, out for a park play date.

The proud parents look on with joy as their son enjoys the swings at a New York City park on Monday.

The family is currently in New York while Ashlee Simpson-Wentz takes on the role of Roxie Hart in Broadway’s Chicago.

Even though it looks like Bronx is so bundled up he can hardly move, we bet he is having a great time, based on the looks on Mom and Dads faces! They seem to be a really happy family!

Aspen, Colorado is aglow with stars — celebrities flock to the winter wonderland for the holidays including Kate Hudson and her son Ryder Russell, who turns 6 on January 7.

Kate arrived in Aspen on Monday via private jet for her annual ski trip with extended family including Mom Goldie, Kurt Russell, and her brother Oliver and his wife Erinn, who is due early next year with the couple’s second child.

Kate and Ryder were spotted strolling around the ski resort town on Monday afternoon. We imagine they will hit the slopes too.

Other stars spending the holidays in Aspen include Elle MacPherson and Heidi Klum and her family.

In a new interview with PARADE magazine, actor Jude Law spoke about his recent role as Dr. Watson in the new film Sherlock Holmes. But he also makes it clear that there is one role that will not take a back seat to anything — his role as father to children Rafferty, 13, Iris, 9, Rudy, 7 and Sophia, 3 months. (The first three are his kids with ex Sadie Frost, and Sophia is his daughter with Samantha Burke.)

When asked what is most important in life, Jude said “being a daddy is what counts.”

He continued, ““I used to sleep until noon, but it’s not so bad to have to get up at 7 and give them breakfast. My daughter made me realize that if there’s anything that’s going to make a man of you, it’s having your will broken by a little girl.”

It’s cute to hear a man speak like that about his little girl!

Supermodel Heidi Klum, hubby Seal and their family spent the holiday in Aspen, Colorado, where the couple took the kids — including Leni, 5, Henry, 4, Johan, 2 — ice skating on Monday. Little Lou, born in October, is just a bit young to hit the ice just yet!

However, that doesn’t mean she’s too young to participate in the family’s biggest holiday tradition.

Before Christmas, Seal told Britain’s Closer magazine, “We always try to have a white Christmas each year, so we’re going to go to the snow. We’ll rent a house in whatever resort we go to, and it’s guaranteed to be very noisy. Heidi dresses everyone up on Christmas Eve and they open their presents. It’s great fun.”

It sounds like Kendra Wilkinson had a very wonderful Christmas this year! The reality star took to her Twitter feed to share a picture of two-week-old Hank Randall Baskett, her baby boy with new hubby Hank Baskett.

She wrote: lil man n i r jammin to some stevie wonder. Hope yall had a great xmas. the best gift i got is in my arms now..how bout u?”

And she posted this adorable picture — we just wish we could see his face!
