Tim Daly clears the air
In a recent interview with PARADE magazine, Tim Daly felt compelled to clear the air about a comment he’d been chastised for as of late. Earlier this year, he joked that he hated working with infants (on the set of Private Practice), but he told the magazine that he doesn’t “want to be known as a baby hater.”
He explained the meaning behind his earlier comment: “It was only true in the sense that I feel bad for the little ones on a film set because they’re babies and they should be at home playing and crawling around on the floor. Actually, I love babies, I love being with them.”
In fact, he credits his own son Sam, now 25, for making him a cleaner person! He said, “I was a little bit of a slob who was sort of surrounded by dirty laundry. I can trace the exact moment that I became a tidy human being and that moment was the day my son Sam was born.”
