Lindsay Davenport talks about her daughter
Former world tennis champ and new mom Lindsay Davenport spoke to Pregnancy for the magazine’s October issue about her daughter Lauren Andrus Leach, 3 1/2 months.
She said, “[We're hoping Lauren is] a little bit of a tomboy, but we’ll see. Sports is our way of life. It’ll have to be like that for our kids.”
Of the difference between her daughter and her son Jagger Jonathan, who was born at 36 weeks versus Lauren who came into the world at 39 weeks, Lindsay said, “She was obviously full-term and the difference in how big she is, how much better her ability to suck is, and her head control is — it’s truly remarkable.”
