Actress Monica Bellucci recently admitted to Daily Mail that her profession necessitates a very nomadic lifestyle. While she revealed that her daughter, Deve, who will be five next month, has adjusted to that life rather well, Monica said that she is going to have to find a home base once Deva starts school.

“She’s very easy. She travels so much that she can fall asleep in any bed — she’s like a gypsy baby. Right now, her base is her mother and her father, even though the scenery changes,” she said.

Of her daughter, she said, “I am at a stage in my life where if I don’t go out, I don’t feel I’m missing something. I get bored surrounded by people smoking cigarettes, drinking alcohol… And I’m not so interested now in going to premieres, or being photographed on the red carpet. I want to be with her.”

And while Monica admitted that motherhood has cost her certain luxuties in life, she doesn’t mind a bit: “I didn’t sleep for two years…I was breastfeeding for nine months. But I was so happy to become a mother, I don’t mind any of the sacrifices. They are the ways in which you learn to be a mother.”

Mama-to-be Kourtney Kardashian’s step-brother Brody Jenner recently spoke to Usmagazine.com about his step-sister’s pregnancy.

At the Moskova Affair in Hollywood on Thursday, Brody told Usmagazine.com, “Despite what anybody says about any parent — whether they see them fit or unfit — it’s not up to them. It’s up to her. And it she feels fit for this, then good for her.”

He added that she “will be great” as a mom because “she has always been incredible, great older sister.”

How cute is that? He also is looking forward to becoming an uncle, saying “I think it’ll be cool.”

We think he’ll be a great uncle, too!

Pregnancy photos are one of the most beautiful keepsakes of a pregnancy. It reminds the mama how her body (and life!) has changed - and how beautiful it has become. Some women keep them private, and others love to show them off.

Mom-to-be Kendra Baskett (formerly Wilkinson) falls into the latter category. She posted pregnancy pictures on her web site and commented on how excited she and new hubby Hank Baskett are to welcome their baby boy in December.

She wrote, “Can u guys believe how much my belly has grown???” she writes. “I feel like it was just yesterday that it was a teeny tiny bump lololol.”

She calls her pregnancy “an amazing and exciting experience” and said, “we wanted to have these photos as a reminder of this incredible time in our lives.”

Celebrities always celebrate in style, even when it comes to baby showers! Ellen Pompeo’s friend Katherine Heigl threw her a baby shower on Saturday at her house in the Los Feliz section of Los Feliz, according to Celebrity Baby Blog.

An eyewitness told PEOPLE, “Ellen looked gorgeous in a white summer dress with her hair in a braided up-do. She seemed very excited to celebrate with her girlfriends.”

The guest list included celebs Sandra Oh, Kate Walsh and Rebecca Gayheart, and the catered backyard party was decorated with pink flower arrangements and candles atop the tables.

Ellen received gifts such as a Sleep Sheep toy mobile and a Kiddopotamus organic swaddle wrap.

Ellen and her hubby Chris Ivery are expecting their baby girl in October.

You don’t have to worry about making a mess at Cindy Crawford’s house - she wants her home to reflect her life and since that life include two kids - Presley Walker, 10, and Kala Jordan, who will turn 8 next week - it can sometimes get a little messy.

Cindy posed for the cover of Redbook magazine and in an interview for the September issue said, “I want my house to look good, feel good and smell good. I want it to be inclusive, to reflect the people that live there,” she says. “Nothing in my house is too formal.”

She also proudly displays her kids drawings as artwork in her home.

She said, “Each year I frame one of the kids’ drawings or paintings. It’s amazing that when you put it in a frame — it doesn’t have to be an expensive one — it becomes art. In the kids’ playroom, I have all those pieces, one for each year, together on one wall. When you put them all together, they tell a story.”
