So we uncovered the new “in item” that celebrities like Jessica Alba, Courteney Cox Arquette and Gwen Stefani have been putting on their babies in recent months and we think it will be one that you will love! They are affordable for all budgets and can help you stylishly keep track of your baby and toddler.

The item is called a Bumble Bell. It is worn around your childs ankle and it rings everytime he or she walks around. The tiny anklets are ASTM-certified for safety, and can be worn all day and even to bed at night. The bells run from $45 (sterling silver) to $575 for the Eden Bells, Twinkle Bells, and Sea Shell Bells in gold (see gallery). You can even get a grownup-sized anklet for $97. A portion of all profits goes to Head Start.

The anklets came from an idea that one mom got during a trip to Thailand. “It all started when Mommy took a trip to Thailand. She saw a little boy toddling around in beautiful silver anklets with tiny bells on them. Everywhere he went, his parents could hear him toddling. And that sweet sound of his bumbling footsteps made Mommy swear that when she had a baby, she would procure herself a pair of those adorable anklets.”

Gavin Rossdale is on tour this summer, but this one is a different experience than ones passed. His son (with Gwen Stefani) Kingston, 3, is joining him for the first leg of his U.S. tour. He told PEOPLE that he and Kingston have enjoyed art museums, movie marathons on the bus and summer music festivals.

Gavin said, “It’s been a really bonding experience. He likes hanging out. He’s so natural, so easy.” (Not to mention darling!)

Of balancing home life and his work on the road, Gavin said, “I love playing shows. It makes for a dynamic life…If Bob Marley could have a wicked home life and 14 children and then go out and play, why can’t I?”

He added: “For anyone who has kids, you bring them along in your life and they adapt to where you’re at. You keep them fed and rested and pay lots of attention to them and they’re fine.”

It sure looks like Kingston is comfortable just hanging out with dad. What do you think about rock stars taking their kids on the road? Gwen is touring this summer, too, with little Zuma in tow.

Model Laetitia Casta (of Victoria’s Secret fame) is due with her third child!

When she appeared at the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival on Saturday, Laetitia was boasting quite a beautiful bump! She posed at the Face photocall at the event, which was held at Palais des Festivals.

The 31-year-old is already mama to daughter Sahteene, 7 1/2, with her ex Stephane Sednaoui, and son Orlando, 2 1/2, with current partner Stefano Accorsi.

A due date or sex of the baby were not revealed. But we bet this baby will be just as beautiful as his or her model mama. Talk about glowing – is that from the cameras or just her natural pregnancy glow? Either way, she looks great.

On a recent appearance on The Tonight Show with host Jay Leno (who is doing his final show on Friday), Mel confirmed the truth about his relationship with Oksana Grigorieva and confirmed that she is indeed pregnant with his child – making this number eight for Mel!

Mel gave props to his ex-wife of 28 years, Robyn, saying, “These things happen. It’s unfortunate, it’s sad, but you know she is an admirable woman – we still got kids together. We’re friends.”

When Jay asked about the pregnancy rumors, Mel said, “This is true. We’re gonna have a child.” Jay joked, “So that will make 29 [kids]?”

Mel jokingly replied, “Well, actually eight. I guess I’m Octo-Mel.”

What do you think about Mel having another child with another woman so  soon after his divorce? He says he and his wife have been separated for three years. Do you think that matters?

Food Network’s Giada DeLaurentiis, host of Everyday Italian, talks with Redbook in the magazine’s June issue about deciding to have a baby. The 38-year-old had decided not to have children after her brother died from skin cancer at 28.

She shared, “My brother’s passing made me afraid, I think because I was afraid that we could have a child and lose him or her too. I thought, ‘I don’t want to have any more relationships. I don’t want to have anybody that close to me.’”

Luckily, she had a change of heart a few years later. She and her husband Todd Thompson are now the proud parents of Jade Marie, 13 months.

In the interview, Giada told Redbook that Jade has a very mature palate – “She loves grilled lamb chops and eats quinoa.” She says “I give her little tastes of the food and she’s like, ‘Mmm!’ Sometimes there’s nothing on the spoon and she still goes, ‘Mmm!’” How cute is that? maybe Jade Marie is a little chef in the making.

Being an Indy race car driver means that May 24 – the day of the Indy 500 – is a very important day. But for expectant dad Indy race car driver Alex Lloyd, it is also the due date of his daughter! Though we have yet to hear if his second child with wife Samantha did indeed arrive, it was certainly on Alex’s mind.

When the doctor told them their daughter’s due date, Alex thought, “It’s just typical!”

His plan for race day? “I’m just going to drive faster and when I get the checkered flag, then they can tell me if something has happened. If they tell me, I’m just going to tell them to open the gates and let me go because I can get there in this car a lot faster than I can in another car.”

We hope it didn’t come to that!

Gold medal-winning beach-volleyball player Kerri Walsh can now add a new accomplishment to her resume – that of new mom! Kerri and her husband, Casey Jennings, an AVP pro-volleyball player, welcomed their baby boy at 8:57 p.m. on Friday May 22 in Los Angeles. The named their new son Joseph Michael Jennings. He weighed in at 8 pounds, 10 ounces.

Kerri revealed to PEOPLE: “We could not be more thrilled to welcome Joseph into the world. It’s the most incredible feeling. We are already so in love with him and it’s such an amazing, special moment for our family.”

We hope the new parents are doing well, along with baby Joseph.
