British singer Kerry Katona is pregnant with her fourth child, reports The Sun. The former Atomic Kitten singer had some pregnancy complications early on and she thought she had miscarried. “She’s had problems with her other pregnancies—and this time she has been losing a lot of blood,” a source says. “The doctors weren’t sure exactly what the problem was at first, but now they know and it’s not looking good at all.”

Luckily, blood tests revealed her pregnancy hormones were going up and the baby’s heartbeat was confirmed. The tests showed that Katona is 5 weeks pregnant.

“She is still at risk of complications–however she and Mark are ecstatic that she is still pregnant with their baby,” her publicist says.

Katona, 27, has a 7-month-old daughter named Heidi Elizabeth with husband Mark. Heidi was born 6 weeks early. She has two daughters, 6-year-old Molly Marie and 4-year-old Lilly-Sue, from a previous marriage to Westlife singer Brian McFadden.

Sabrina the Teenage Witch actress Melissa Joan Hart is pregnant with her second child, reports People. Her rep reports she is 4 months along.

Hart, 31, and her husband, Mark Wilkerson, have a 2-year-old son named Mason. “I love the faces Mason makes, I could watch him forever,” she tells People.

Mendes had this to say when asked by Gotham magazine when her “maternal instinct” would kick in: “I’m 32, shouldn’t it have hit me by now? I’m not saying I never want kids, because who knows? Actress Bridget Moynahan shows off her son, 5-week-old John Edward Thomas, on the cover of OK! magazine.

This is the first child for Moynahan, 36, and her ex-boyfriend, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. “The pain of dealing with the fallout of their failed romance has been overtaken with the joy of motherhood,” a source told the magazine.

Pop star Usher, 28, and his new wife, 37-year-old Tameka Foster, have revealed they are having a boy, reports People.

“I just want my son to be fully coherent and to be healthy, first and foremost,” he says. “I’ve found that it is a step-by-step process. You can wish for a million and one things. But I hope that my son has the same energy I had as a child. Hopefully, he won’t be as bad as me. I hope that he’s just a healthy son.”

Usher revealed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show some potential names. “If it’s a boy, I’m going to name him Usher. I’m hoping to name him that. I’ve been playing with a few names. I’m the fourth. Usher Raymond IV. I just want to pass the name on. Maybe I’ll change the middle name.”

The couple’s baby is due this fall.

Jake Kaiser was born in California weighing 8.8 pounds at 6:08 a.m. Yothers, 34, and her husband, Robert Kaiser, have a 2-year-old daughter Lilly together. Kaiser has 2 other sons from a previous marriage.

Yothers, who recently won Celebrity Fit Club season 4, had said she was slimmer at 5 months pregnant with this pregnancy, than before she had lost weight.”I was triple this size when I was pregnant with Lilly since I only worked out my hand and mouth.”

She credits losing weight to following a modified NutriSystem diet, working out 3 days a week and, most importantly, “Find a cookie you don’t like.”
