Is petite songbird Christina Aguilera nesting a baby? TMZ is reporting that Aguilera visited a maternity doctor in New York on Thursday. This doctor reportedly specializes in high-risk pregnancies as well as advanced ultrasounds.

Aguilera is married to music producer Jordan Bratman.
