Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt
Is she or isn’t she? That’s what all the celebrity magazines have been abuzz with lately. Well, now it’s not just tabloid talk: The granddaddy of all celeb mags, People, has thrown in its lot by running an online story with the headline, “Yes, I’m pregnant.” This refers to what Angelina apparently said after she arrived in the Dominican Republic, the location for her newest movie, The Good Shepard.
Could it be? The People report states that her pregnancy was confirmed by reps for both Pitt and Jolie. The wee one, featuring a double whammy of some of the universe’s most coveted genes, is said to be due sometime this summer.
Just a month ago, the couple filed paperwork to make Mr Pitt daddy to Jolie’s two (adopted) kids, and asked to change the childrens’ names to Maddox Jolie-Pitt (age 4) and Zahara Jolie-Pitt (not yet 1).
Update: The news is confirmed by Brad’s Beverly Hills-based publicist, Cindy Guagenti.
And thus, the bump watch formally begins.
